The client appointed MWA to produce a master plan for their 10 acre site which incorporates offices, light industry and commercial buildings. The first building is the headquarters for the client and the second being a speculative unit designed to be split between 1-4 occupants. They have been designed using a state of the art construction method which has reduced the build programme and will drastically reduce the running cost of the offices due to the highly efficient construction materials and methods. The project was designed to achieve BREEAM ‘Very Good’ standard.
