The End of Terrace house is located in Chelsea between Cheyne Place & The Kings Road. The house already had a Sub-Basement but the Client wanted a complete refurbishment with change of layout, the addition of 2 new frameless conservatories to the back plus a new Air-Conditioning system throughout. All Planning Consents were achieved before works started.
