A substantial internal reconfiguration and renovation of a Building of Townscape Merit (BTM), semi- detached villa property within the Barnes Green Conservation Area Mark Watson Architects Ltd where responsible for the concept and technical design of the project and obtaining statuary consent (Planning & Building Control) for the alterations. Onsite Architectural & Contract Administration Services were also provided. The project was completed within 5.5 months which was an expedited programme; a challenge set at the outset and achieved.
