Stakeholder consent (Grosvenor, Head Lessee by way of a Licence to Alter) was obtained for the reconfiguration of the internal layout creating an enlarged Kitchen/ Living & Dining Area and extended Family Bathroom. Fire rated Crittall doors where imposed to maximise the natural daylight into the Entrance Hallway whilst the careful continuation of the timber floor finish through these areas enhances the sense of space upon entrance and within the habitable areas.
