About the practice

GENERAL We are experienced in a vast range of projects from dwelling houses to large industrial and office developments. Quality is paramount to all the work undertaken by Mario Minchella Architects and the practice seeks to produce buildings that are aesthetically attractive and functional. Each member of staff is required to attend regular CPD seminars to ensure the client is kept up to date with the latest changes in the construction industry. PARTNERING We are "partnered" with South Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Council Building Control Department. This means that they are the only Building Regulation department we need to work with for a project anywhere in the United Kingdom.
