Conversion of a local Victorian Methodist church and adjacent church hall into a single family dwelling. Under this appointment we were tasked with providing: - concept design, - technical design, - project management, - securing planning permission, - building regulations submission, - tender, - contract administration. Owen required from us 100% involvement and the least of involvement on his side. It meant not to be a forever home, but a comfortable space for him and his family to live in. The design is minimal and estate market ready.
