The Roe Restaurant in Wood Wharf, London, is an avant-garde dining space celebrating underused ingredients and sustainable design. At its heart stands a striking 6.4-metre-wide, 4.0-metre-tall tree-like sculpture, designed by Mamou-Mani and fabricated by Fab.Pub. Inspired by the organic geometry of coral, the sculpture anchors the seating area and sets the tone for the space. This design language continues through backlit bar counters and 3D printed clay wall pots, crafted using PLA bioplastics and natural clay. Roe’s interiors reflect its culinary ethos, blending innovation, sustainability, and nature into an immersive gastronomic experience.
