Galaxia is a spiralling timber structure made of 20 triangular trusses that rise and converge towards a central point in the sky. Designed as a series of expanding and lifting modules, the trusses create a flowing, cathedral-like form that guides visitors inward. At its heart sits a large 3D printed mandala, anchoring the temple both visually and symbolically. The structure begins with wide openings that house intimate alcoves and gradually narrows as the trusses stretch upward, creating a sense of ascension. Galaxia’s architectural form mirrors a journey from grounded reflection to spiritual elevation.
