Malcolm guided his client through the complexities of planning regulations to management on site. He worked with the various trade contractors to reduce delays and to find solutions to the many on-site and technical decisions that needed to be made. A Victorian house in a Wimbledon conservation area was refurbished. The works included electrics, plumbing and heating, air-conditioning, double-glazed sash windows, re-rendered, 5-bedrooms, 4- bathrooms, a cloakroom, a remodelled kitchen, utility room, tv room, fitted furniture, two new windows in the living room, and the conservatory was redesigned and rebuilt. The garden was redesigned to provide a terrace, landscaped garden and an all-weather play area at the bottom of the garden.
