Reconfiguration and remodelling of an existing 1970’s bungalow to increase and enhance the living accommodation making use of the existing roof space for additional accommodation and redesigning the rear facade compositionally and structurally to enact with the surrounding landscape. Two part living areas forming internal and semi-external spaces make up the rear elevation using the verticality of the new form.
