New Build
The second phase of development at Arthog Hall sees the construction of a pair of semi detached 4-bedroom houses. The new site is adjacent to our development and renovation of the stone long barns at Arthog, a typical vernacular stone architecture of this beautiful part of Northern Wales. The new design is built in the same typology as the barns but using a contemporary material language with slate and larch composite facade as well as large openings that further relate back to the original barns. The larch cladding will weather to a silvery colour leaving the dark oak frame windows to stand out and again to relate back to the existing building.
