Developed and built by CALA Homes, Parklands is located in an attractive landscaped setting on the west side of Aberdeen. The apartments are in two five storey blocks of 23 and a single three storey block of 15 affordable flats. Featuring glazed balconies, large windows and generous space standards these properties have proved popular with purchasers and have all been sold. Mackie Ramsay Taylor provided a full architectural service from inception to completion in a design and build context with CALA Homes being both client and Principle Contractor.
