The new building provides Kingston Village with a new Pavilion to replace the former small Apple Store building. The project received funding from BIG Lottery and Viridor Waste Management and was completed in early 2010. The Pavilion comprises of Changing rooms for Home & Away teams & Referees Changing, Club Room, Multi Purpose Room, Kitchen and Toilets including for wheelchairs users. The materials used, were glulam beams, with timber sourced from trees on the Windsor Royal Estate, to support the curved roof, which is of a "Green" type with downland grass extensive planting. The external walls are of mainly timber cladding of sweet cheshnut boarding above a brick plinth, proprietary windows are used and sliding folding patio doors are provided to the Club Room to provide a open environment onto the Green. The Pavilion is highly isulated and has a rainwater harvesting system. The Contract Value was approximately ?360k.
