Conversion of the Royal Box areas of the London Olympic Stadium into a VIP hospitality suite of bar, restaurant and concierge for the Chairman of West Ham Football Club as the stadium was redeveloped into 'The London Stadium'. The area hosts the Chairmen and their personal guests including the owners and chairmen of the visiting football clubs. This facility is the only part of the stadium private to West Ham Football Club.
