Refurbishment, restoration and extension to a Grade II listed cottage set within the South Downs National Park. Close liaison was required with the Conservation Officer to secure Listed Building Consent for the carefully designed new extension to provide additional accommodation to the picturesque 17th Century cottage. Sympathetic choice of materials and detailing contribute to this carefully designed project to restore the cottage back to it's original charm with modern day comforts, whilst respecting the tradition and character of the Grade II Listed Building.
