Located in a prestigious road to the north of Chichester City centre the client required a contemporary design to assimilate and improve on the existing style of the characterful 1930's property. The accommodation provided additional en-suite with dressing room accommodation on the first floor and remodelled the ground floor to allow for a new improved kitchen, dining room and lounge all with views and access into the wonderful rear south facing garden.
