One of a series of Business Parks we have designed for Arlington: - Masterplan for the redevelopment of the former Cowley motor works to provide consent for in excess of 1,000,000 sq ft of commercial space, and implementation of 3 phases of speculative development. L+S+H also completed a number of buildings for BT, British Gas and the Home Office, as well as other end user clients. L+S+H Masterplanned and gained consent for an edge of town business park, totalling over one million sq ft. The site formally housed the Mini car factory. Part of the original commission was to design an ‘office village’ development within the park, called Parkway Court. This took the form of 5 similar 2 storey buildings each with their own dedicated car parking and full landscaping. We were then commissioned again to design Parkway, Nash and Chancellor Courts - Office village developments completed in three phases. The first phase of 40,000 sq ft comprised five similar two storey buildings, the second phase of 55,000 sq ft took the form of seven buildings, the latest phase of four buildings totalled 80,000 sq ft. L+S+H completed a large number of pre-let HQ buildings of between 18,000 and 60,000 sq ft, built for tenants including BT and The Home Office. We are currently updating and refurbishing a series of completed building as their original leases come up for renewal, and to reflect current and emerging workplace needs.
