This project aims to extend the rear of the house in order to increase the size of the property, introduce natural light and create a balance between the communal and private areas. By rationalising the kitchen space in an appropriate scale and with optimal architectural changes, we will look to maintain and enhance the character of the house and the local area. This will provide the clients with a space that both matches their budget and which they can feel physically comfortable while staying within the required parameters for the awarding of the statutory demands.
