Lovelock Mitchell were involved in the procurement of this exciting new £5m primary school for Cheshire West & Chester Council. The project was developed on our partnering experience to deliver state-of-the-art, highly sustainable building that is sensitive to its semi-rural location. The building was designed in close collaboration with the staff and children to create a curved form that responds to the existing landscape and provides a sheltered courtyard at the heart of the school. The completed building achieved a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating.
