The house is in a Conservation Area, but the kitchen could still be opened into the rear yard to create an inside/outside dining area, and food preparation relocated into previously unused space. Meanwhile, the lounge area was enlarged and the bathroom upgraded. The client chose a new kitchen with clean lines and elegant fittings.
