Total remodel, facelift and extensions to a traditional bungalow to provide a modern home for the client and his family. The front elevation has larch timber louvres fitted to a canopied walkway to provide privacy to the front facing bedrooms. Four bedrooms were formed within the existing remodelled property and a new large rear single-storey extension provided a new living, kitchen and dining area overlooking the garden. Continuous roof lights were formed to the length of the extension to lead you down a shallow ramp from the front door towards the garden, with the end wall framed by a picture window. The property was rendered and clad in natural larch boarding.
