We designed this new house within the grounds of our Clients' existing home; whilst they had a clear idea of what they wanted, they welcomed our input and ideas. The plan includes an 'L' shaped corridor on the ground floor, and we were keen to avoid dark spaces, so we introduced natural light where we could, and included a 'bridge' from the master bedroom to the rest of the house, with roof lights allowing lots of natural light to the floor below. Our Clients have been delighted with the house, and continue to enjoy their energy-efficient property.
