Built in the garden of their former family home under the 'affordable homes' planning policy, Blackwood House is a thoughtfully designed new home created for clients who have lived in their village for over 40 years. Limited to 100sqm, we crafted a design that maximises space and light and provided seamless access and views between house and garden. Built to Passivhaus standards, the house is well-insulated, air tight and has a whole-house ventilation system to provide healthy, fresh air.
