LOM is working with Santander UK and developer Osborne+Co to deliver this landmark new workplace in Milton Keynes. Unity Place will be a centre for digital banking innovation, nurturing collaboration, wellbeing and community. The campus will bring together 6,000 employees, who are currently spread across four offices, in an enhanced working environment. It includes coworking space for small businesses and start-ups. The public will have access to an ‘urban market’, retail outlets, community spaces and health facilities including gym. There is a rooftop running track and café/restaurant terrace. The building is designed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and WELL ‘Gold’ standard.
