LOM is working with Galliard Homes and Princeton on proposals for this mixed-use, co-living led development in Hounslow, West London. The vision is to create quality homes for young flatsharers and make a positive contribution to Hounslow town centre. The proposed 15-storey building will provide individual studios consisting of bedroom, living space and ensuite bathroom. Residents also have access to managed shared spaces. These include lobby and concierge, working space, library, lounges, event spaces, communal kitchens, gym, laundrette, games room and roof terraces. Proposals include public realm enhancements to improve connections from the High Street to the nearby civic centre.
