A full refurbishment and extension of this 1930's property in Richmond. We designed a series of setback extensions with slot windows and vertical glazing to capture as much light as possible from the east facing location. Sustainable technologies included rainwater harvesting, solar panels and battery, green roof and an Air Source heat Pump.
