The complete restoration, refurbishment and extension of an existing Edwardian detached house. The floor area of tis house was increased by about 200 sq.m. by the creation of a new lower ground floor and the extension of the property at the rear. The design takes advantage of the property's sloping site to place a new lower ground floor storey at the rear garden level. A new double height glazed extension forms the main feature of the new rear addition and this provides stunning views across to North London from the ground floor storey as well as providing a linl between house and garden.
