A garden building, loft conversion and side return extension in Botley,West Oxford; with untreated cedar cladding featuring on all three elements. - The side-return extension features an expansive fixed rooflight. - The new loft level creates a suite of spaces: a double bedroom, ensuite and a walk-in dressing room - The 'L' shape plan of the garden building was inspired by wrapping the building around an existing apple tree. It provides a home office with a kids sleep-out space above; a workshop, and extensive storage for bikes and firewood concealed behind 'secret' cedar-clad doors.
