The project involved the construction of a new Lifesaving Centre in Burry Port Harbour to replace the existing building situated a 100M to the north of the site. The new building, completed in 2019, will house a new D class boat and will become a significant knowledge base for education purposes. We were engaged by the RNLI as the project Architect providing a traditional service apart from the contract administration which was carried out by the Client's own representatives. The building ahs been well received and is a prominent new addition to the harbour.
