Lewis & Hickey are currently appointed to assist Heriot-Watt University in the development of their strategy for the medium and long term future of the Cameron Smail library at Riccarton. The scope of the remit is to assess the long term options for the library, based on a budget allowance of £18m, with new build and extension options to be considered, at the same time progressing a medium term £6m refurbishment to ensure quality of service and facilities for the students.
