The project involved the demolition of an existing house and the erection of a new 6 bedroom house with swimming pool and garaging. The house has a traditional facade with a more contemporary rear facade and interior. The building has a strong complex sustainable heating system with a blend of ground loop ground sourced heating, air sourced heating and solar hot water.
