New Build Country House on a Brownfield site overlooking the Chiltern Hills in Buckinghamshire. It uses a low amount of energy because of the incorporation of PV, Solar Thermal and MVHR systems and the only heating is provided by a wood burning stove (using coppiced wood from a local estate) or an immersion heater powered by the on site PV's. It is built from timber, with 50 tonnes of CO2 stored in the CLT superstructure, and the cladding stained black to match the local vernacular.
