Refurbishment and replanning of ground floor to provide additional foyer spaces for the lecture theatre, along with multi purpose meeting rooms. Redesign of main entrance and reception area. Refurbishment of Library and ancilliary spaces. Integration of new airconditioning and audio visual services. Remodelling of basement to provide new toilet facilities. Part of the project includes the selection and installation of large art works, some of which will be commissioned with the project.
