Our clients had an existing single-story extension which created a disjointed ground floor layout, they wanted to replace this extension in order to re-plan their ground floor and gain an open plan living space. After a tough process securing permission, we won the planning appeal for the demolition of the previous rear extension and the construction of a two-storey side and rear extension. The house now has an additional bedroom and an open-plan kitchen diner, perfect for family life, and the bathroom was relocated upstairs, where it belongs!
