Fuzhou Shangri-La is a forward-thinking mixed-use redevelopment to the existing hotel. Located in the heart of Fuzhou city, adjacent to the iconic Wuyi Square in Gulou District, Fuzhou, Fujian, China. Lead8 is designing the 5-storey, 50,000 sqm retail podium and a 100m tall Grade A office tower; with a focus on a diversified, multi-level terraced, public green space that is purposefully designed to merge the lines that define indoor and outdoor spaces. The vision is to create a dynamic and interactive urban centre that also influences and enriches urban life in Fuzhou.
