We improved access to the front basement flat with new steps and an additional, separate metal spiral staircase. Greater privacy to this flat was achieved through separate access to the bin store on one side of the building for all residents. We demolished the single storey to the rear of the property while restoring and preserving the rear garden for occupants. The rear bay window was lowered while we installed double doors onto the garden allowing natural light to flood the flat. Glass folding doors were used to span the building from front to rear, transforming the quality of light and ventilation throughout. Rooms were well planned with a spacious internal hallway making for a high standard of living accommodation. Materials and interior finishes were designed around a natural colours palette. This gave the interiors a soft and subtle look and feel.
