Laurence Associates designed seven bespoke, eco-conscious holiday apartments at The Point in North Cornwall, offering modern luxury with breathtaking views towards Polzeath. The two- and three-bedroom apartments feature reverse living layouts across two floors, with inset balconies maximizing coastal views while ensuring privacy. The curved building blends seamlessly with the landscape, using sustainable materials like Kebony cladding, locally sourced stone, and a sedum roof with a dramatic zinc fascia. Ground source heat pumps supply hot water and underfloor heating, creating a luxury destination for environmentally conscious travellers.
