Laurence Associates designed and secured planning permission for a bespoke replacement home, garage, and waterside boathouse at Restronguet Point, overlooking the Carrick Roads in Cornwall’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The contemporary cantilevered design minimises impact on neighbouring properties, with a two-storey front and three-storey rear structure. Finished with grey slate stonework, white render, and large glazing, it maximises views towards St Just in Roseland. Laurence Associates provided architectural design, planning consultancy, on-site supervision, and a Professional Consultant’s Certificate.
