Laurence Associates designed and managed the complete renovation of a stunning 5,000 sq.ft. two-storey property with an annexe, located near Mylor, adjacent to the Enys Estate in a beautiful woodland setting. Our brief included transforming the master bedroom, living room, and making structural alterations, along with adding a modern, black-stained larch-clad sun lounge extension with striking glazed eaves windows, offering views of the landscaped gardens.
