The conversion and extension of the upper levels of an existing office building to form 9 apartments over 5 floors including 3 triplex apartments.The ground floor and basement levels are being remodeled to become a single restaurant. Interior: The brief was to set a new benchmark of quality in North Mayfair residential property. A generous reception area composed of basalt floor, modern art housed in bronze panels and dramatic lighting sets the tone for the interior that runs through to the spatially dramatic triplex apartments with their vaulted ceilings, crisply detailed marble bathrooms, Bulthaup kitchens and cantilevered glass staircases. Short listed for the New London Architecture 2012 Conservation and Retrofit Award. Completion 2011
