The requirements for this project was to restore and extend a newly bought end of terrace townhouse in Deal, Kent. The design aimed to bring in more natural light, provide open plan living as well as a new balcony overlooking the garden. This was a full services including concept design, planning application, building regulations approval, party wall agreements, construction drawings, construction assistance etc.
