Long Four Acres Self Build scheme is a landmark scheme for self/ custom build in Norfolk. Set on the edge of a village and outside of the development boundary, the site comprises 15 serviced self/custom build plots set within the countryside. Lanpro prepared a wholly landscape led concept strategy, with an accompanying Design Code which provides a set of formal design criterion for the development and each plot.
