This 1970s split level bungalow is to be extended above the existing garage to provide additional living accommodation and access to a terrace which overlooks the beautiful town of Ashbourne. The existing house is to be rendered and all windows replaced. Elements of timber will soften the building blend into to its site which is bounded by trees.
