Withy Villa is a picturesque cottage that had previously been extended by a previous owner. The client approached us to consider options for improving the flow and circulation of the house as well as re-configurating a bedroom and old kitchenette to create a new guest suite. The design implemented replaced and re-orientated the staircase. The new stair and built in joinery are deliberate contemporary additions which improve the entrance sequence and quality of the space. Works also included furniture selection and creating a new window to address a previous building regulation issue.
