Lees Associates partnered with interior designers, Lambart & Browne on the fit-out of all of the communal areas of an exclusive residential development in St Petersburg, Russia. Our scope included the double-height reception foyer, public bar, smoking room, lobbies, lifts, spa, restaurant and one of the penthouses. Lees Associates were response are responsible for all architectural detailing and the coordination of the interior scheme with the base build MEP and structural designs.
