An exclusive office space for a top FinTech specialist, Lees Associates oversaw this fast-track commercial fit-out project as both Architect and Project Manager. Working alongside the client’s interior designer, Lees Associates successfully coordinated the design within the constraints of the existing building, securing landlord’s consent and enabling a swift start on site. We acted as Contract Administrator during the works, maintaining a regular site presence to ensure the highest standards of quality were achieved.
