Set amid almost three quatres of an acre of land, House 737 is set in a beautiful location with a view over the expansive South Downs National Park and the tranquil River Itchen. The family home underwent a face lift, adding elements of zinc cladding and timber cladding, giving an overall contemporary feel. Internally, the floor plan was reconfigured which, once a small rear extension was added, allowed for a new open plan kitchen, dining, and living space was created right at the heart of the house, with a more comprehensive layout spanning out from there.
