This new Bauhaus inspired home replaced an old, poorly insulated home of the same styling. The replacement dwelling uses ICF construction which helped to create a well thermally insulated home that’s sympathetic to the character of Crowsport Estate. Ample glazing has been installed throughout the property, creating bright and enjoyable spaces including a double height lobby and an open-plan living space. Here, a bold cantilevered corner sits delicately atop large sliding doors, leading to a spacious roof terrace with sweeping marina views. Built It shortlisted House 709 for a 2023 award and also featured it in their magazine in 2024.
