This Build It Award short-listed project employs lots of environmentally friendly technologies, such as solar tiles, Smart Home technology, ASHP, and MVHR systems. The material palette is limited to white render and yellow brick which varies in shades which help the new build blend in with its natural backdrop of woodland. Internally, there is a grand double storey entrance hall with spiral staircase, leading to an open plan kitchen diner sitting room, with glazed doors looking out to the manicured garden. More key spaces include the home, and the his & hers master dressing room.
