As part of the ‘Five Pancras Square’ development in London, Kings Cross B3 is home to one of our current projects. We are on site with Kier constructing a combined Council Offices, Library and Leisure Facility all within the same building. The centre features two primary swimming pools, a 25m pool with movable floor and 10.5m learner pool, with a play pool, fitness suite, 2 studio spaces and associated changing facilities along with a Sauna and Steam Room. Kings Cross B3, was recognized in the BREEAM 2013 Awards and won the 'Other Buildings' category.
